• Provide and maintain the BoatTender service

• Improve and optimize the application based on usage patterns

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS

• Email Delivery: Resend (for sending maintenance reminders and notifications)
• Google Maps: For address autocomplete (optional feature, no data shared)

These services have their own privacy policies and only receive the minimum data necessary to function.

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Backup copies are retained for an additional 30 days for disaster recovery purposes only.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Your continued use of BoatTender after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
